We also know that there is actually a way to prevent and stop this from happening so often. Below I will share with you a simple but effective technology that really helped.

When you experience a panic attack how do you feel? Fear, right? It is this sense of fear that makes you attack first. You see, it's your mind that thinks that whatever triggered the attack is dangerous and should be feared. The "fight or flight" from your brain active and start to panic.

To avoid panic attacks should reduce your anxiety level. Remember that. Increasing your level of anxiety is more likely that it will happen.

In other words, you must fight your fear. Fear triggers the panic attack. This can be done with one word: perseverance.

The next time you have an attack of the best of you to persist through it. Tell your brain that you're not afraid, you can take the heat.

Say things to yourself like:

"Give me what I want. I'm not afraid! "

"Is that the best you have a panic attack? Want more!"

By unconsciously tell your brain that you're not afraid of fear that caused the attack that literally reprogram your brain. You let your mind knows that there is no danger, there is no reason to be afraid.

Let's say you have a fear of going to the house of your neighbor across the street. The reason is that the temperature outside is wet, and you know you will sweat. What you need to do is get out of your comfort zone for a few minutes. It is the comfort zone that feeds anxiety. Leaving the confined space of comfort as you build confidence and reduce your anxiety level. So try to go outside and walk in the street. No matter how much you sweat does not give up. Struggle against fear and persist through it.

Over time your anxiety level decreases and the number of problems associated with panic gets down. The simple things in life that should not be feared and will not be so nervous.

Hopefully this technique can help you if only a little in his struggle to panic attacks permanent recovery.
